We'd booked four days, but after we couldn't check in by 7:00 PM because a car accident delayed us by two hours, they wouldn't let us access the property the next day either. They kept the €500 we'd paid, and we received no services. The people there were hostile and rude. Be very careful with the terms and conditions, which contain extremely unfair clauses that are heavily in the property's favor.
