The rooms were clean and the host was amazing. It's also near bus stations for Verona, the train station, and Lake Garda.

The owner kept part of the deposit instead of returning the full amount stated in the contract.

This family-run B&B is easy to reach by bus and sits near Verona and the lake. There are two entrances, including a rear one by a very handy parking lot. The area has good services, and a cycle and pedestrian path nearby leads to the center of this small, quiet Verona neighborhood. It could suit a business trip, a visit, or a break from everyday life. Would I come back? Of course, if the chance ever came up.

Giuseppe is relaxed and friendly, and made me feel at home while I was staying here for work. My room was the smallest, but the house felt welcoming and it was a great start to my new beginning. The rooms are lovely, with wooden attic floors, private bathrooms, big mirrors, large showers, and a wall window that made showering a pleasure. The place was spotless, not a speck of dust, and everything felt like new. I still don't know how they manage it. Vania, Giuseppe's mother, has that classic southern Italian motherly warmth. On Sundays she'd come make my blankets, always smiling. There's parking in front of the house, and the area is just outside the center. Lots of supermarkets are close by, from Esselunga to Lipstick to Natura Si. It's also easy and pleasant to drive from here to the various lakeside destinations. Cleanliness 10++++++
