Elizabeth, who looks after breakfast, was so kind, lovely, and attentive. She made the experience even more special. During our 20-day trip, this was easily the best hotel we stayed in, and the breakfast was the best too. We highly recommend it in Verona for spacious rooms, easy bus access, attentive staff, and impeccable cleanliness.

The staff were the best part of our stay. Elizabeth, a really lovely woman, made breakfast every morning and was the nicest person I’ve ever met at a hotel. The breakfast was excellent, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Santa Teresa is a very nice hotel. Go see Verona and stay here! 🏨💕

The reception staff member was always friendly, capable, and eager to help. The rooms were really clean, and the air conditioning was a big plus in the summer. I was in Verona on a school trip, so I didn’t get to choose the hotel myself. When I couldn’t find any information about vegan food on the website, I emailed them. Even with only one day’s notice, they replied quickly and kindly. Starting on the first day, they had prepared several vegan sweet and savory options, so I had plenty to choose from. The kitchen staff were welcoming and accommodating. My classmates also said the regular breakfast was good. Thanks so much for the experience!

The hotel felt warm and welcoming, thanks to a team that clearly cares about its guests. From arrival, reception were friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and they went out of their way to handle my requests. The restaurant team were just as attentive and kind, and seemed to love what they do. Every meal was delicious, especially the apple pie, and the service made it even better. I can’t recommend this place enough and will definitely return!

What makes this place special is the people who look after you. Elisabetta is in the breakfast room, and Anna, Davide, and Sara are at reception. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!
