Free parking was advertised, but it wasn’t private, and finding a space was a real challenge. The photos also didn’t match what we found, which was disappointing, though manageable. More bothersome was the cracked floor, which made noise and could wake people at night. The kitchen was extremely basic and hardly usable. The host sent too many confusing messages across different platforms. I wouldn’t stay again.

The hotel was a short walk from a really cool historic downtown area with shops and restaurants, and I felt safe there. The room was clean, the decor was cute, and they provided free bottled water. Staff were helpful with sightseeing suggestions. Breakfast was good, with hard-boiled eggs, juice, pastries, and cookies. The shower was a bit small, and the receptionist is only there at certain times. I’d book through the hotel website: Expedia’s free parking meant free street parking, while private parking costs $15. The hotel website also includes breakfast, but Expedia doesn’t, and Expedia was more expensive. That’s not the hotel’s fault. I’ll never use Expedia again. Expedia sucks. This hotel rules.

We stayed at this wonderful hotel while visiting Livorno to film a video for my YouTube channel Karina Walks 4K channel. The view was stunning, the rooms cozy, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. It’s a great place for a comfortable stay, and I’ll definitely come back.

The apartment was clean, and drinks were waiting in the fridge. The location was decent, and the staff friendly. They arranged our return taxi well. Breakfast was a little walk away, and one morning there was no fruit, which seemed odd. A nice break.
