A helpful, attentive staff and a good cafe and bus stop right outside made the stay easy. I liked the room, the building, and the location. It’s near the train station and an easy walk into the town center. I stayed three nights and would recommend it to anyone visiting Verona.

Giorgia, the receptionist, was available whenever we needed her, remotely or in person. We had a great time at the hotel, which is very close to Verona’s historic center. The rooms were clean and spacious.

The room was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We enjoyed our two-night stay, though the front desk was always empty and we dealt with the staff only through WhatsApp. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the train station, which was convenient, and roughly 10 minutes to the city center shops and sights. The walk in also passes some really great restaurants.

The hotel is on a bus route, two stops from a railway station, and about a 15-minute walk to the Arena. It’s a first-class base for visiting Verona and the surrounding region. We booked room only and had an excellent meal at a popular café just two doors away. If I visited again, I wouldn’t look further than this good-value budget hotel. In April 2025, a friend and I booked two rooms for four nights at Verona Enjoy! hotel in central Verona, as tourists exploring the region. Booking through the Google Maps link site was effortless, and the rooms were great value. Giorgia, the manageress, sent useful WhatsApp information before we arrived, including how to enter after hours and get into the rooms. The document also linked to the Wi-Fi code and air conditioning instructions. That was very helpful, and so was she throughout our stay. The room was spacious, with good storage, a lovely ensuite shower and WC, and a large, comfortable queen-size bed. Everything was spotlessly clean. The Wi-Fi worked well, and there was AC and cable TV. There was a problem with the electronic room door entry system that the hotel couldn’t have fixed itself. It sounded like the installer would need to come back, but Giorgia did everything she could to minimize the impact on our stay. The hotel was a very good place to stay, and I can recommend it to visitors.

We walked to all the main attractions from this well-situated hotel. Another review complained about noise, but we didn’t have that experience. We could hear some street noise and the thunderstorm, and could hear talking in the adjoining room, but not well enough to make out the conversation or disturb our sleep. I’ve stayed in much pricier hotels that were noisier. I’m 75, and if I live long enough to return to Verona, I’d stay here again. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the train station. There’s no elevator, so be ready to climb 15 or maybe more steps to get in. We used a door code they’d provided. Nobody was at the desk when we arrived, but someone came back within five minutes. We got a key card and were shown how to open the door and use the card to keep the lights on. The room was clean and ready, the AC worked really well, and there was complimentary water in the fridge. The towels and linens were good quality, and the bed was comfortable for us. We prefer a firm mattress. We didn’t use the terrace or kitchen area.
