The booking was convenient at the last minute and well priced. They sent clear, detailed instructions, even taking the trouble to print them in my language with my name on them. Some of the bad reviews seem to come from last-minute changes when the hospital needs a room for a patient. It looks like they make an effort to find guests another place when that happens. Give them a try!

The website showed rooms available, so I called. The woman who answered spoke only Italian. When I asked whether she spoke English, she launched into a long explanation in Italian. I tried to say in very simple words that I needed a room, and she just hung up.

The traffic came through the window so clearly that it was hard to ignore, and the place felt very expensive for its poor quality and location. The accommodation itself is extremely basic, and the service staff don't speak English. One night was enough for me.

The place was really good. It just sits a bit too far from the city center for me to give it five stars.
