The apartment is number 3. Don't waste time looking for number 2!!!

Parking is the one drawback, but EasyPark lets me leave the car in the nearby square all day for one euro. The apartment has two nice bedrooms and everything else you need, so all in all it's fine.

The room itself is fine, but the bathroom was totally disgusting. It kept making strange noises from the moment we arrived, and when we tried to shower, the shower flooded. Then what you see in the video happened.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location right behind the Verona Arena was excellent. Those are the only reasons I'm giving two stars. The rest was a disgrace. We paid €450 for two nights, not including tourist tax, and there was no breakfast apart from two snacks from a discount store. The shutter was broken, the wall-mounted air conditioning didn't work, there were only a handful of towels, and the toilet made strange noises every time it flushed. In B&Bs I've stayed at in Florence and Naples for similar prices, they even supplied a toothbrush and toothpaste. Here, I didn't even get a pair of €5 Chinese toothpastes. The staff's attitude toward customers was really sloppy and superficial too. I spent two days pestering them with messages and calls to get a simple invoice for a Booking.com refund, even though I'd already requested it on their website during web check-in and entered all my details. They kept asking for extra information like my VAT number and recipient code, which makes it seem they don't know what an invoice even is.
