Those sablèe biscuits were fantastic, and the breakfast had a great mix of homemade treats and local things like honey and yogurt. The wine cellar next door is interesting too, with a really good range of wines made by Hervé Daniel Deguillame. The rooms were clean, though you could hear noise through the walls.
