Tenuta MonteOliveto

We went to Tenuta Monte Oliveto as a family for New Year's Eve and felt welcome straight away. The vineyards around this beautiful place made it a lovely spot to unwind. Claudia and Giuseppe were incredibly kind and friendly, and made us feel right at home. The food was excellent, made with quality local products. We had a truly wonderful time and will definitely return!

Claudia and Giuseppe made us feel completely at home during a restful weekend. We enjoyed their own wine and excellent local food, along with a beautiful view. They're a fantastic couple, and we'll definitely be back.

My daughter and I spent a week in a wonderful setting, and we'd gladly do it again. The agriturismo is ideal for anyone looking for nature and relaxation, with a pool that made it easy to enjoy our stay. The food and wine were excellent, with a focus on local products. What stood out throughout was the friendliness, courtesy, and helpfulness. Their knowledge of the area and care for it also meant their suggestions were really useful for exploring nearby.

We had a positive stay and came away feeling wonderfully rested. The pool was fantastic, the view incredibly beautiful, and the people friendly. It's a lovely spot among vineyards and forest, very child-friendly too. In the evenings we spotted wild boars and roe deer. The village is about a 30-minute walk away or just under 10 minutes by car. The food was tasty at breakfast, lunch, and dinner, though you need to book it a day ahead. A couple of things could have made it more relaxing for the price: our room wasn't cleaned at all during our last week, whereas you'd normally expect daily cleaning at this price, and the rooms and house could use better upkeep. Some mosquito nets don't work, and not all the windows still have shutters.
