A lovely surprise for me and my family. The place felt authentic, clean, peaceful, and had a great view. Even in early August, we didn’t need air conditioning because of the old stone building. There was plenty of cooking equipment, and carrying the luggage over on foot was no problem. Super stay. Bart and family.

We spent a few days in this welcoming, clean house, which had everything we needed. Marco was always kind and ready to help, and we’ll definitely return. At Casetta 113, we spent a fantastic long weekend and were welcomed like guests rather than tourists. The locals made us feel part of the village. The place is ultra-comfortable, fully equipped, and right in the heart of the village, a great spot to relax. I highly recommend staying here. It’s close to the Cinque Terre, so you can explore the beauty of our Italy. Thanks, Marco, for being a fantastic host!

We only had to think about enjoying our holiday, thanks to our extremely kind and helpful host, Marco. The house is welcoming and practical, in a village overlooking La Spezia, with excellent views of the river. It’s close enough to the city to catch a train to the Cinque Terre. We’d definitely book here again when we return to the area.

Vezzano is just a stone’s throw from the Cinque Terre, and the village looks like a nativity scene. Marco’s apartment is comfortable and furnished with taste and real character. The view over the Magra River and the Apuan Alps is truly beautiful. Highly recommended.
