Relais San Giuliano

We had dinner one night at the hotel's fine-dining restaurant, and both the food and service were unforgettable. The staff also gave us great suggestions for places to eat and a local bar, and were thoughtful and helpful throughout. Each morning's breakfast was excellent, too. Our group of friends stayed at Relais San Giuliano in Viagrande, and our three-person deluxe room was beautiful. We even got a fantastic upgrade on arrival. The hotel is extremely well kept, and the staff are very friendly. There's a lovely pool, free and easy street parking, and a Coop supermarket just a one-minute walk away. Mount Etna is only a 30-minute drive, and Taormina is a charming town well worth visiting. We highly recommend the hotel, with great value for money. A fantastic stay.

The place is beautiful, and the rooms were good and clean. Breakfast was good as well. I had expected spa access to be included at a spa hotel in this category, at 200euros/night/1 person, but it wasn't. The spa costs 40 euros/hour/person, and access isn't included even when you book a massage.

We spent 3 days at RSG and felt at home the whole time. Enrico, Irene, Andrea, Jonathan and Marta each went above and beyond in their own way to make the stay memorable. The space is warm and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly attentive. My wife gets more massages than anyone I've ever met, and she says hers here was the best she's ever had. Breakfast was certainly the best I had across several resorts in Italy over the past 2 weeks. What an extraordinary stay.

The room was comfortable and beautifully decorated, and the food was outstanding all around, from breakfast to lunch at the poolside restaurant and the magnificent iPalici. We stayed at Relais San Giuliano for 5 days, and it was an incredible experience. The residence itself is wonderful, with an impeccable spa, pool, and garden. Enrico, Irene, and everyone else made us feel at home.
