NH Collection Venezia Murano Villa

We loved coming back to Murano for a quiet, peaceful evening after exploring Venice. The hotel is tucked away in a secluded spot, and offers discounted water shuttle service to Venice for 8 euros. There's also a rooftop with lots of tables and places to socialize, plus a great water view. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a patio overlooking the water. Everyone was welcoming and extremely helpful. Mateo and Gabriel at the front desk answered all our questions, and Maria gave a great massage. The service was great, and we will definitely come back.

Breakfast was a delight, with so much choice. We ate at local restaurants in the evening instead of the hotel. The one disappointment was the breakfast bag for early departures, which had water, a juice box, dry bread with Nutella and jam, and a pastry. Given the usual breakfast spread, a bread roll with cheese or ham would have been better, though it was good that something was provided. We had a lovely long weekend in a clean, nicely presented basic room, and the whole hotel was well kept. From the frontage you wouldn't guess how large it is. Reception staff were especially polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. The views at breakfast and around the area were beautiful, and it felt like Venice City as we landed. We'll come back.

The hotel restaurant is an experience you shouldn't miss, and breakfast was really good too. We stayed a few nights in late January and couldn't have asked for a better place. Everyone was helpful, our room was amazing, and we liked the art around the hotel. The bed and pillows were just right, and the shower pressure was probably the best of any hotel we've stayed in recently. It's well situated in Murano, easy to reach from Venice, and handy for quick trips to both Venice and Burano. We'd happily book again.

I thought staying in Murano might mean losing easy access to Venice, but that couldn't have been further from the truth. The hotel's water taxi was first class and so convenient, in addition to the vaparettos. You can even take a quick vaparetto back to the airport. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast was fantastic, and the whole hotel had a great atmosphere. Sofia and the entire team made the stay live up to our highest hopes. Just awesome, 10/10. I don't want to leave!
