The guesthouse is split across two buildings. The location is good, it was clean, and the staff were helpful, especially Gomez. The bed was comfortable. Just be aware that the economical room has a shared bathroom.

We left our luggage there after checkout, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s a convenient location, about a five-minute walk from the vaporetto to Murano and Burano, and 20 minutes on foot to St Marco. Bars and restaurants are close by, but the street itself is quiet. Our three-night stay was lovely. The hotel was very clean and quiet, and the room had air conditioning and a TV with YouTube and Netflix. The bathroom was shared with one other room, which was fine.

We were a couple and booked three nights. The room had a king-size bed, a small table, a chair, and a wardrobe. Its window faced a side canal where boats couldn’t pass at the time, so it was very quiet and we slept like babies. There was air conditioning, a radiator that was on, and the Wi-Fi connection was good. There’s no kitchen or food-related equipment, so no fridge or kettle, and the bathroom is shared between two rooms. The location was excellent, around 10-15 minutes on foot from several attractions and 5-8 minutes from the waterbus stops. The main street with shops, bars, restaurants, pubs, and supermarkets is very close. The only downside when we arrived was that there was no toilet paper.

It’s a pleasant place with a nice host, and the location is really good: a one- or two-minute walk from Strada Nuova, then just a few more minutes to Rialto Bridge. Tall guests might have trouble with the entrance and ground floor. I also wasn’t keen on the bed. It had two soft mattresses stacked on the frame, and I really dislike soft mattresses, especially two of them. Still, I’m giving it four stars.
