Simone looked after us very well and gave us suggestions for restaurants and ice cream parlors. We'd love to return next year. The apartment is beautiful, modern and very clean, in a good residential area. There's air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and free parking nearby. Sun loungers at the beach are included with the apartment for use in July and August.

We had a great, relaxing week in Viareggio with friends. The apartment was tidy, clean and had everything we needed, plus more. We especially appreciated the many pots, pans and other cookware, the comfortable beds, and the owner, who was always available with information, answers and advice. Booking a spot on the beach along with the room was incredibly convenient and saved us both time and money. Highly recommend.

The apartment was recently and beautifully renovated, with modern air conditioning and a comfortable kitchen. We were happy with everything, and the owner was kind and helpful. A few small things, such as the curtains and furniture, could be improved, but they weren't a big deal. We stayed for four days and wished we'd had a little longer there. Thanks, and highly recommend it to future guests!

The owner was helpful, and the apartment deserves 5 stars. It's fully equipped for a comfortable stay, with free Wi-Fi and three air conditioners. The kitchen also has a guide for tourists about Viareggio and the apartment's facilities. It's recently renovated and very modern. Two pieces of furniture and the curtains in one room could do with an update, probably because a previous roommate damaged them, but that doesn't take away from the stay.

There's parking for cars and bikes, which isn't something you can take for granted in Viareggio. Simone was a great host and gave us useful tourist information and more. The apartment is welcoming and spacious, with all the comforts of a real home. Highly recommended!
