The hosts are so kind and cheerful, always smiling, and they gave us great advice even though their English is a little limited. Breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean, and they lend out bicycles and parasols for free. A magnificent place with incredible hosts!

The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were welcoming and ready to help with anything. Breakfast was plentiful and excellent, with the option to eat on the terrace, and the prices were reasonable. It's a good spot for a weekend in Viareggio, though getting around is inconvenient without a car.

The owners are charming, though they don't speak any French, and that's why I'm leaving four stars. The B&B itself is just adequate, with a simple, good breakfast, but two bathrooms for five bedrooms wasn't enough. The owners live next door rather than in the house. It's in an industrial area, where we woke to pallets clattering and heard a bingo night. There were also slamming doors and people arriving close to midnight. The location works well for trips to Pisa, the Cinque Terre, Florence, and Parma. The seaside town is nice, but most beaches are private and parking there costs money. There's a large free seafront with free parking if you're prepared to walk 1.5 km through the nature reserve.

The owners were kind and ready to help with anything. Prices were fair, and the area was quiet, with easy public transport into the city center. A great place to stay, highly recommended ;)
