We had a parking space for our whole stay, which was a real plus. The apartment was spacious, clean and beautiful, conveniently placed for the beach and the pedestrian area where the daily market is held. They welcomed us warmly, explained everything clearly and stayed available for our questions. The rooms faced the street, but with the windows shut we couldn’t hear anything. Highly recommended!

We stayed with family in the “Pulcinella” apartment during the week of August 15th 2019 and were completely satisfied. “Burlamacco Suites” is elegant, new and meticulously maintained, with every comfort and a full A+. Despite being right in the heart of Viareggio, it was quiet inside thanks to the new, high-quality doors and windows. The Viareggio seafront is only a few minutes away on foot. There’s an internal elevator and free parking, a rarity in a city like Viareggio. The apartment and property were impeccably clean and tidy, and the furnishings and amenities, including plates, glasses, pots and pans, were in very good taste. We’d recommend it over a hotel for the privacy, independence, roomy living space and terrace.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and we had a great time spending New Year’s Eve with friends in two apartments. They were close to the center, with lovely clean rooms and towels, sheets, blankets and all the kitchen utensils we needed. I’d recommend them to everyone.

What stood out most was how helpful the owner was, always available with tips for getting around the city and making us comfortable. The apartment was spacious, clean and had every comfort, just 10 minutes from the seafront. Having free parking on site was ideal during the August holiday, when finding a spot can take hours. Highly recommended. If we’re back in the area, we’ll definitely stay here again!
