The guesthouse is well equipped and high quality, with room for up to 8 people. The beach, shops, restaurants and train station are all within walking distance. We found it a great base for exploring Tuscany as well as enjoying the beach. Fully recommend! ✌️

The owner made us feel at home in a place that was completely unfamiliar to us, with great beach and restaurant suggestions. She was also a gem, so kind and flexible. Our group of 9 was well accommodated, and the neighbors were SO sweet. We were studying abroad and booked a weekend getaway. This cute little house gave us everything we'd hoped for, and then some. We had the BEST time and are already talking about coming back someday. BOOK THIS HOUSE!!!

We were there for 10 days, and Simone was very helpful. She speaks several languages. The house is wonderful, modern and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, plenty of wardrobe space, four TVs altogether, and even a washing machine. You can walk to the beach and promenade in less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend this accommodation in Viareggio.
