We had a small room, but it was just what we needed for one night. Breakfast was good, and the beach is an easy walk away. What we loved most was the management: the owner was so friendly and helped us get last-minute tickets for the carnival parade when we didn't have any. We'd stay again!

The rooms are clean and very comfortable, even if they aren't fancy, and breakfast each morning is great. The owners are warm and friendly, make you feel at home, and go out of their way to help with anything you need. Viareggio has a beautiful beach, and its little train station connects to places around Tuscany, including Florence, the Chinqua terra region, Lucca and Pisa.

The location is very good, and the stay was comfortable. Breakfast was OK, but the room Wi-Fi was poor. It was fine overall, though expensive.

Only a couple of minutes from the beach ⛱️. The place was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly.
