A small shower was the one downside; I got used to it eventually. Otherwise, the room had a huge comfortable bed, a safe in the wardrobe for our belongings, and hand-washed towels. The style mixes traditional touches with modern ones nicely. We were about 200 metres from the beach and promenade, with a grocery store roughly five minutes away on foot and an ATM across the road. The owner was welcoming and helpful, and shared plenty of suggestions for places to visit. We also got a hotel discount at the beach. A superb stay.

Small, cosy rooms with air conditioning and a little fridge for drinks. They were cleaned daily, and breakfast is available if you want it. The sea is around a 10-minute walk away, with shops and Viareggio centre nearby. Good value, and I’d happily come back.

We were there for two weeks and felt at home. The facilities are simple, comfortable, and clean, and the location is very convenient. Breakfast was fantastic, with Luana surprising us with her pastries. Guido and Luana are extraordinary hosts, and the staff were warm, attentive, and always around when we needed them. Wonderful place, highly recommended.

We stayed with our family of four in the hotel's top-floor apartment and had a lovely time. Mr. Guido and Mrs. Luana were exceptionally kind, and the staff were excellent throughout. The cleanliness was superb. The promenade and seafront are only about a two-minute walk away. We'd gladly return, and I highly recommend it.

This was our second visit, and we'll definitely book here again. It's a small family-run place, very clean and friendly, and only five minutes from Bagno Italia beach. The price feels fair for what you get. Breakfast isn't large, but there’s a good variety, including one or two cakes Luana bakes fresh each morning. The main drawback is the narrow staircase and no elevator, so it's not a great fit for anyone who has trouble walking.
