The little courtyard inside was such a lovely spot, and the dining room downstairs looked great. It was a shame breakfast wasn’t being served while we were there. Our triple room had plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a clean, practical bathroom. The cleaning team clearly takes great care of the place. It has a cosy, charming feel, like an old-fashioned hotel or guesthouse lovingly run by its owners. For this price, it went well beyond what we expected. The location worked perfectly for us, and the hotel gave us a parking card so we could park along the beach without paying at the meter each time. We’d definitely come back.

The location is hard to beat, about 100 metres from the beach, with the Viareggio waterfront right there. The owner and team were incredibly friendly, gave us all the information we needed, and were around from morning until late at night. We felt safe and at home. The room, sheets, and bathroom were clean, as you can see in my pictures. Full five stars from this Google Reviewer, really six-star level.

The owner really made the place for us. He was so kind, answered every question, and always had useful suggestions. The hotel is clean and friendly, with a spacious, air-conditioned room, and it’s very close to the sea. Parking was €4 for the whole day, so no need to keep feeding a meter. The value for money is unbeatable. If we’re back in Viareggio, we’ll stay here again. Barbie David Lara

Giordano, who I think is the owner, was the best part of our stay. He had suggestions for everything we asked about, from restaurants and wine to beaches and places to see around Toscana. Some of the trips we took hadn’t even been in our plans until he talked us into them. Thanks, Giordano, you’re doing a great job! The room and bathroom were small, but clean and had what we needed. The hotel is also very close to the beach.

The room was on the small side, but functional, and the beds were OK. We were close to both the beach and restaurants, which was excellent. The staff were really friendly and always happy to help with restaurant ideas or other tips on what to do.
