We found the location ideal for our stay, just steps from central Viareggio and about a ten-minute walk from the seafront where the Carnival float parade would take place. After spending the day outdoors, coming back to a warm space was a relief, and we especially appreciated the heating. Lupori House, the vacation home belonging to Hotel Lupori, was spacious and comfortable. We stayed during the last day of the Viareggio Carnival, and the staff were kind and accommodating with any requests we had. Their courtesy made an already pleasant stay even better. I'd recommend Lupori House to anyone seeking comfort, convenience, and friendly service in Viareggio, especially during Carnival.

(2020 Review) The house was very nice and spacious, but unclear communication about the ways to pay the deposit caused us considerable inconvenience. (2023 Review) The owner answered my complaint two years later, blamed my group for their inaccuracies, and tried to put all the responsibility on us. We know the issue was the poor information given over the phone, with more details only provided when we arrived. Looking at the hotel's reviews, this seems to be a real weakness. I've lowered my rating from two stars to one. I hope customer service improves.
