The front desk staff were accommodating and helpful, and the cleaning team did a terrific job. The hotel is clean and well maintained, conveniently near the train station and on the promenade by the beach, with restaurants and boutiques close by. My daughter and I stayed in October 2025. For some reason, perhaps because we were two women travelling together, they first put us in a terrible little ground-floor room with a window opening onto a dingy street and no terrace or balcony. After we complained, they moved us to the room we believed we'd booked, on a higher floor with a lovely terrace. I'm tired of hotels pulling this stunt on us women. Even so, we had a great visit, and I highly recommend the hotel. Thanks from this Canadian. 💕

It's on the promenade and just 24 minutes from the train station, which made exploring the area easy. The hotel is welcoming, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are great. Breakfast was really good, with every option available. I'd definitely come back.

The hotel was clean and sits in a good spot on the promenade. Bars and restaurants are across the road, where you can get a drink and listen to live music, and the sandy beach is within walking distance. Breakfast had a good continental selection, and there was variety at dinner too. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Klejoh was our waiter for most of the stay, and he was lovely and recommended some great Italian desserts.

Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were very friendly, but the pool was uncomfortable and had no beds. The hotel is okay if other places have no availability, though you can find better hotels on the same road with that amazing view. We stayed three nights, and the bar in front played loud music until midnight, so sleep was difficult. Room cleaning didn't happen in the morning, but around 2-3pm, which made it hard to come back and rest in the afternoon.
