Breakfast was delicious, with lots of homemade cakes, and our host was very kind. The room was awesome, and the hotel is very close to the sea. It’s inside the carnival perimeter too, so you don’t have to buy a ticket to see the event. A must-visit if you’re staying in Viareggio.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was very good. The place is clean and well maintained, though the small bathrooms aren’t really accessible. We had an air conditioning problem during our stay, but the owner let us use another room temporarily. The sea and the pine forest are very close, and the forest is a good place to cool off in the hottest part of the day.

The owner was attentive and happy to help with requests, and breakfast came with delicious homemade treats. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and the rooms are spacious and clean. The one drawback is the bathroom curtain, which lets water flood out easily. Otherwise, highly recommended.

We had a great few days here. The owner is a lovely person, friendly and helpful, and the place felt clean and welcoming, with care put into the details. Breakfast was excellent and authentic. You’re just 50 metres from the seafront and the pine forest. Highly recommended.
