Villa Valentina Versilia

Valentina and her family were lovely. She gave us the local lowdown when we arrived, from places to eat and beach clubs to bike rentals, drinks and more. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and I couldn’t believe how many great snacks they’d left in the mini kitchen. I’ll be telling everyone how amazing Viareggio is, and that Villa Valentina Versilia is the place to stay if you want to feel like a local.

The property made it easy to come and go as we pleased, so we felt independent while still having great support available right away whenever we had a question or needed something. Valentina is extremely helpful and personable, with all the local knowledge and advice to make exploring Viareggio a top-notch experience. The charming place seemed to anticipate our needs, and the location was perfect for enjoying both the local and touristy sides of town. Choosing to stay here made our whole time in Viareggio better. We’d stay again if we come back.

The best part was the Italian hospitality from Mrs. Valentina and her father, who runs the place. They’re so kind and helpful, the sort of people you don’t find very often. The room was nice, clean and well equipped, in an old, stylish villa that’s been renovated, near the yacht harbour and shipyard in Viareggio. A great place to stay in Viareggio. Highly recommended, top notch!

A fantastic place in the heart of Viareggio, with great-value rooms and an incredible host. She gave us excellent recommendations and made us feel like locals. Both local and tourist spots are an easy walk away, and it’s a short drive to the mountains or the nature reserve.
