The setting was gorgeous, with movie-like views, and the property felt so comfortable. Everything was clean and the bedding really impressed me, especially the down duvet and pillows. We had all we needed, including plenty of drinks available whenever we wanted. Massimo was the kindest, most gracious host we’ve ever had. We were in town for a friend’s wedding and hadn’t realized the walk would be difficult, so he drove us there and back. He went out of his way to help at every turn. Breakfast was a lovely spread with coffee, and he generously kept it available even after noon. We’d go back just to see him. I can’t recommend the stay enough, though you’ll want a rental car for this location. Thanks, Massimo!

Peace and all the colors of the Tuscan countryside surround this beautiful old country house, with its big garden, fruit trees, and olive trees. Giorgio and Max restored it and made it into a lovely B&B. Opera runs through the place. Giorgio is a well-known opera singer who has performed in famous theaters around the world, and the comfortable rooms are named after composers like Rossini, Puccini, and Verdi. They mix old and modern furnishings, and each has a beautiful bathroom. Downstairs, there’s a large kitchen and dining room with a cozy fireplace for breakfast. There’s also a wonderful music room with a piano, where amazing opera concerts are often performed. So beautiful ❤
