I was able to bring my pet, and they made it feel welcome too. The location worked perfectly for me, and the breakfast was incredible. The people here were unbelievably nice, with customer service way beyond what I expected. This was only my first day, and I’m already sure I’ll come back. I’d stay here any day.

This is my go-to hotel in the area now. The quality for the price is outstanding, and I’ve stayed twice recently with my girlfriend. We were happy with both the service and the rooms. They’re modern and don’t feel run-down like places I’ve seen at other Vicenza hotels. The rooms also seemed to get a thorough clean. Breakfast is decent, though sometimes they don’t keep everything fully stocked. It’s not a big deal.

The Aries Hotel has its own style and atmosphere, a welcome change from the usual hotel experience. Mateo was friendly, professional, and helpful every time we dealt with him, which made the stay even better.

We really enjoyed our first trip abroad and our time in Vicenza. The buffet breakfast was excellent and plentiful, though we only ate there in the mornings. Since we speak only basic Italian, the staff’s friendliness and help meant a lot. We can’t say enough about them. The hotel was awesome too, and we’d definitely recommend Hotel Aries Vicenza.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of parking. Breakfast had lots of choices and was excellent. The hotel is also filled with beautiful artwork and photos.
