The breakfast was included and had plenty to choose from, including gluten-free options and homemade items. You can squeeze your own orange juice, too. The beach, shops, cafes, and restaurants are all walkable, and the view from the property is lovely. There’s a secure entry system, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We drove, and secure parking was available for €20 a day at the time. The place is full of thoughtful extras, from toiletries, sweets, a sewing kit, kettle, fridge, and air-conditioning to extra pillows, blankets, and a safe. Rooms can be set up with twin beds or a double, and there’s a sofa bed as well. Booking direct was easy, with clear information and very helpful service. This was easily our best accommodation in Italy. I’d almost keep it to myself, but it deserves to be shared. I’ll be back.

Everything was spotless, and the staff took care of every request. The rooms have a nice design and amenities, and they’ve been newly renovated. Breakfast was good, too. Great location and good value.

We cancelled and didn’t actually stay, as it wasn’t the kind of place we wanted. The listing presents it as a hotel, but it operates more like an Airbnb using several local providers. There’s no reception, you collect the key elsewhere, and breakfast is served at an outdoor venue. The photos also suggest a restaurant, though it belongs to someone else and was closed in the off season. If that setup suits you, I’m sure the place is lovely. I just wanted other people expecting a hotel to know what to expect. In reply to the owner: the booking description calls it a hotel several times. It could be a translation issue with the booking site, so it may be worth checking for future guests. I’m not trying to give you a hard time, just offering constructive feedback. Enjoy your day too!

I travel a lot, more than I’d like, and these were the best-decorated rooms I’ve seen. The hotel is by far the best in the area, with rooms kept immaculately clean. The owner has thought of so many details: slippers, croissants for late-night cravings, coffee, cookies, and all sorts of personal care items. Don’t hesitate. Book it!
