Doge

We’ve stayed here for years and plan to keep coming back when we visit family and friends. The breakfast is excellent, with a great selection of regional food and good value, and Cesare, Marta, and the rest of the professional staff provide exceptional service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and all the services worked. There’s secure parking and the location is excellent, though be ready for about a 1 km walk to the city center.

We stayed for one night, from 27th to 28th October 2025. Water dripped into the toilet tank all night, so we couldn’t sleep. My wife went to reception for help at 1 a.m., but the receptionist couldn’t assist. In the morning, we politely raised the problem with the owner and reception manager, hoping for an apology or some small gesture. The owner was very rude and told us to leave the hotel. The reception manager said the same thing. We left shocked and deeply disappointed by the management’s attitude. The room cleanliness was below average, and we don’t recommend this hotel because of the unprofessional behaviour.

We slept really well, thanks to the quiet rooms and good beds. The hotel is cosy and very clean, and the staff are lovely, kind, and helpful. Reception is open 24/7, so you can always get in or have a drink at the bar. It’s a nice base if you’re driving around the region, and Vicenza’s city center is within walking distance. Absolutely recommend it!

We liked it so much we’re staying an extra night, maybe two. It’s a lovely little find, with a garden, a stylish lounge, and a nice small bar that’s just right for a drink after a long journey. The place is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, with pleasant staff and a great location near the city center. Parking is free, breakfast is good, and the price was very reasonable for a 3 star.
