The location is hard to beat, right in historic downtown Vicenza, next to the historic Church of the Holy Crown. There are two gelato shops across the street, and plenty of great restaurants just minutes away, which helps since the kitchen has only a few supplies. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a big kitchen and dining/living space. There are no closets or room services, but it’s great for pets. The courtyard is gated, and parking is a couple of blocks away. The two servicing hotels are no more than a five-minute walk. You may want to ask for extra paper products, as supplies aren’t stocked in large quantities.

The beds were comfortable, and the apartment was fairly quiet, with the piazza only a few steps away. It’s easy to get to the center and right in the middle of things. There’s plenty of room, with two rooms, two bathrooms, and a combined kitchen and living room, but a lot still seemed unfinished. The walls were bare, and the kitchen had very few dishes or appliances, just a single-cup espresso maker, no kettle, toaster, coffee maker, or French press. There was no washing machine either, though the description said there would be one.

The apartment is roomy and well kept, with comfortable bedrooms that look out over the city. The bathrooms were clean and comfortable too. There’s a large kitchen that can accommodate several people, while the living room has sofas, a TV, heating, and air conditioning. It’s right on Corso Palladio in central Vicenza, with lots of restaurants and trattorias nearby, and about 15 minutes from the train station.
