We picked this place as a base for a couple of nights of trekking in Gargano national park. It's right at the edge of the old town, so you can get there by car without driving into the borgo, and then head out on foot at night to enjoy the beautiful old streets. The owners welcomed us warmly and gave us information about treks and other nearby activities. The house has an authentic feel, with lots of space, warm rooms, and nice furnishings. We were there in December.

Right in the heart of Vico, this antique apartment feels special and looks gorgeous. Vico is one of Italy's 100 antique villages and a world heritage site. Such an amazing place, definitely worth seeing!

The owner was incredibly kind and gave us all the information we needed to make the most of our time. Our room was comfortable and clean, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning. It didn't have a kitchen, but the owner gave us two breakfast vouchers each for a well-known pastry shop in town. The historic center of Vico del Gargano is beautiful, and the location made a short drive to the beach easy. It also worked well for visiting Rodi, Peschici, and Vieste. Highly recommended.

It's easy to park near the apartment, and the place stays cool enough for a good night's sleep without air conditioning. The studio does have AC, though. The renovated apartments are charming, with new, functional furnishings and very good Wi-Fi, at least in the one I stayed in. You're in the historic center of one of Italy's most beautiful villages, less touristy than other places in Gargano but still lively and interesting. The sea and Umbra Forest are both close by. A quality stay.
