St Andrea is an easy walk away, with a few shops, a bar, and several places to eat. There’s an Il punti Sigma, while Da Giovanni serves pizza a metro along with other dishes, and Antichi Sapori is a terrific seafood spot about five minutes away on foot. Some staff speak English. Keep in mind the very local shops shut around 8pm, and getting supplies after that means a trek. We didn’t eat at La Conchiglia, but it looked busy and lively when we passed, and it has good reviews. This is a lovely base for visiting the Roman sites, Naples, and the Amalfi coats, with gorgeous sunsets over Ischia. A car makes getting around much easier, though the traditional Amalfi / Naples access means a large car may be awkward. The accommodation was clean, roomy, comfortable, and well equipped. Alfonso and Marco were helpful with our questions and gave advice about nearby places, Naples, and Pompeii. The air conditioning was a real help in the hot Naples summer, and the chilled home made limoncello was a lovely welcome.
Floriana and Pietro welcomed us warmly, were always available, and still gave us plenty of space. The house had every comfort we needed. We spent our time relaxing and taking in the stunning sunsets over the gulf. A little corner of paradise. Recommended! Best wishes, Enrico Daniela Antonello Giusy
The rooms were clean and well kept, and Floriana and Pietro were kind, attentive owners. A peaceful, lovely place that’s worth a visit.
The house has a lovely view and all the amenities. The owner, Marco if I remember right, was very kind and helpful. I’d absolutely recommend it.
