Agriturismo Colletta

The simple country life here was lovely, with grapevines full of ripe, juicy grapes, olive and lemon trees, pomegranates, and more. There were donkeys, goats, chickens, and cats around too. Lino is a treasure. He made wonderful meals and was great to talk with. When I got sick, he pointed me toward a doctor. He also made a tray for my husband to take to our room while he and Lino ate together. There are trails nearby, including one leading to views of the Adriatic. We loved our time at Casa Colletta with Lino.

We visited in early September and loved our stay at Casa Colletta. The rooms are cool and restful, and breakfast is served outside in a communal spot shaded by vines, with light filtering through. The hosts were wonderful, and being immersed in nature made the whole experience feel special and authentic. If you fancy a challenge, there's a trail to the beach, or you can cycle to Vieste, though you'll have the hill to climb on the way back. Thank you, Lino and Frederica 🇮🇪

The breakfasts and dinner were exceptionally good, and we hope to return. We picked this little-known place almost at random and ended up striking gold. The hosts are lovely, interesting, passionate people, and the setting is beautiful and tucked away. You can see both domestic and wild animals here. After staying, we were even reluctant to move on to our other destinations.

The breakfast under the vine leaves is something I'll miss. Thanks, Federica and Lino, for making such a peaceful, joyful place. Fantastic stay, and I'm already looking forward to coming back. A presto!
