I’m very upset that our money still hasn’t been returned. We had to cancel our August stay for medical reasons, and under their policy we’re owed a refund. For the past couple of months we’ve been in touch to arrange the transfer because they seemed to be having trouble with it. I called last week to ask about the payment, but no one told me they’d be closed until 13 January 2025. I’ve emailed and left two messages, and I don’t know if anyone will check them. I’m not sure what to do now. They were pleasant to deal with, but the refund still hasn’t arrived.

The restaurant was really good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It’s a nice campsite, with direct access to the beach through the site.

The beach and the village were both great, and the animation was great too. The pool was pretty nice as well.
