10/10
We felt like part of the family here, and all the staff were lovely and friendly. The owners look after the whole complex exceptionally well. Our deluxe apartment was spotless, with no mold or dust anywhere, and the furnishings and equipment were sufficient. It was cleaned every day, including taking out the trash, and the bed linen was changed every four days. Out front, we had a private gazebo and barbecue. The complex is very pet-friendly. There's a beautiful pool with lifeguards, and both men were happy to lend a ball for the water or hand it over if it landed ashore. The bar beside the pool made great cocktails and sold excellent olive oil made by the owners. Breakfast was included for us, with plenty of tasty food, and staff refilled everything straight away. The only kitchen items we missed were a wooden spoon and a sharp knife. I'd definitely recommend staying here, and we'd love to come back.

It's peaceful here, with a big parking lot, though the hotel is a long way from the center of Vieste. Our room was large, with older-style furniture, and the bathroom was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The balcony was big too, with cooking facilities. The pool was kept clean all the time, and breakfast was perfectly fine.

10/10
The staff were helpful and friendly, and their limited English was enough to sort out any problem. A great choice for families travelling with pets.
