Hotiday Vieste Lungomare

The room was very small and the bed uncomfortable, and we could hear everything happening throughout the building, even the alarm clock vibrating in the next room. The soundproofing seemed completely lacking, whether because of very thin walls or something else. Cleanliness also left a lot to be desired, with hair in the bathroom drawers. There were electrical problems too: the air conditioning only worked with the key inserted, so returning to a stuffy, humid room was unpleasant, and without the key the power and chargers didn’t work. The place looks nice and is well located, but those good points didn’t make up for these problems.

The hotel itself was new and clean, and our room looked out over a gorgeous stretch of sea. But our stay turned into one of my worst. The air conditioning in our room didn't work, and the front desk couldn't get it fixed. With no screens on the window, I had to choose between the heat and letting mosquitoes in for some air. The night was awful.

We had a really nice family stay here. The rooms had all the comforts we needed, and the staff were friendly. It's a clean, comfortable hotel in a particularly convenient spot, only a few kilometres from the beach.
