The morning spread was lovely, with fresh focaccia as part of the continental breakfast. We also had a great view, and the hosts were so accommodating. Town was just a few minutes away, and the price covered a parking spot at one of the car parks plus access to a beach with two beds and a parasol. Excellent service.

We got a little bottle of olive oil from the owners' own orchard at reception, and everyone was really friendly. The apartment was roomy, with a kettle but no coffee machine, and the shower had hot water for two seven-minute stretches. It’s a nice spot up on the hill overlooking Vieste, about a 20-minute walk to the city center through the olive trees. Breakfast was simple but good.

It felt like coming home, thanks to the nice hosts. The apartments have air conditioning, the pool is fantastic, and the views are incredible. Both the beaches and the city are less than five minutes away.

The place is difficult to find in the dark, and the roads leading there are really narrow. If you're new to driving, be ready for that.
