Montemezzi hotel

The hotel is outside the city center, which made it peaceful and quiet, just right for a getaway. You can still get to the center of Verona easily by car or bus, and scenic spots like Lago di Garda are close enough to visit. Our room was spacious and nice, the hotel was very comfortable, and the attendants gave excellent service. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of sweet and savory choices. The robots were charming and helpful. A great stay, and I'd go back.

The location and beautiful surroundings were excellent, and our room had enough space for three. The room itself was just okay, though, and dinner was basic but acceptable. Breakfast was free, but the food was inadequate and some of it was rotting. The online check-in was annoying. They kept emailing every day to remind us, and once I did it, we had to use our phones to enter the hotel and room. In Italy's sweltering heat, the airco only going down to 25C made for a sweaty night's sleep. Enjoy Verona 🙂

On our way further south, we stopped for just one night at Hotel Montemezzi and were impressed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They were accommodating with our dog, too. Toni from Sicily gave especially wonderful service in the restaurant. Even with a full room of guests and almost no one helping him, he was kind, generous, and patient with me and my family. We'll choose this hotel again on future road trips. Strongly recommended.

The location was very good, and my room was clean, modern, and had quality appliances. I needed to iron some clothes, though, and there wasn't an iron, ironing board, or clothes steamer available. That's why I rated the service three stars. They should have these items, even if they aren't kept in every room, and make them available on request.
