The Castello wall is right there in the kitchen, and the piazza is just a two-minute walk away. Inside, there’s a spacious living room and kitchen, plus a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed. The decor is beautiful and all the amenities are provided. Wonderful hosts and an amazing location. We can’t wait to come back.

Run by the very kind Mrs. Luisa, this centrally located room also has a kitchen and living room. It’s a simple, traditional home that hasn’t been renovated. Since it’s an old building right against the castle walls, it doesn’t get much light and can feel a little damp.

We’ve stayed at Luisa’s apartment before, and her thoughtful organization makes the simple, well-equipped place feel especially welcoming. She’s always available and quick to respond. The location is great, close to the train station and right in the heart of Vigevano. Food was supplied for our whole stay, including coffee, tea, yogurt, fruit juice, butter, and jams. The heating was on the whole time and felt comfortable, not too strong. We also appreciated having the linen changed after three days. A very recommendable apartment at a really competitive price.

The breakfast stuff seemed like a lot of odds and ends that had been sitting around for who knows how long, especially for a price that isn’t exactly cheap. I didn’t like the place at all. The bed needs very little to improve, just replace the box spring, mattress, pillows, sheets, and blankets, because they’re all inadequate.
