It’s close to the old town, and there’s a lovely view and a good café. They also have billiards and ping-pong, so it works well for a group of young people. I’m giving it three stars because the other reviews were right about the slamming doors, uncomfortable mattress, and lack of air conditioning. I wanted to focus on the good parts here.

We stayed at the sosta next door rather than in the hotel, and the hotel staff gave us the fobs for the sosta barriers. They were friendly and very helpful. The hotel looked clean and busy, and the area around it was lovely.

We were a group of 18 and they looked after us really well. The food was high quality, in my opinion, and the chef was professional. Our rooms were modern, clean, and fresh smelling, with lots of space, almost like suites, and very comfortable beds. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful, especially Mr. Michele, who was always ready to help with anything. The location is excellent too. Thanks for everything, congratulations, and we’ll be back.

We’ve got a small holiday home in Viggiano and have had lunch at Theotokos twice, once for Christmas. The food and quality ingredients were excellent, and the staff were welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help. Prices are very affordable, and they accept small dogs. We’ll be back.

The restaurant is good, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. It’s in an excellent spot in Viggiano, and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
