We’ve only just got home, and we’re already talking about coming back. Our family had such a wonderful vacation, and we’re grateful to everyone at the hotel for making it so warm and delightful. A special shout-out to our new best friend Giuseppe, who guided us all week, showed us some amazing skiing, and shared the history of your great country, Italy. We’re here with our one-year-old, and it’s been a good place for a family stay. The hotel has a lovely vintage feel, the rooms are kept clean, and the staff are always ready to help make things go smoothly. It’s one of the best places we’ve stayed. I’d recommend it to anyone.

The service was excellent, and the ski equipment lockers are best in class. Catinaccio funivia is a short walk away, or you can take the complimentary shuttle. I wish that shuttle also went to Buffaure, which connects to the rest of the mountains, including Sellaronda. The rooms are spacious with updated bathrooms, though the temperature can be hard to manage and varies by room. There’s also a gym, pool, sauna, wellness center, putt-putt and golf simulator. Food-wise, the salad and atm starter bar were great, and the menu changes daily, with holiday specials too.

We spent six days skiing at Alpen Corona in January 2025 and were happy with the location, facilities, food and extra services. The Alpen Corona Team did their best to make us feel welcome, and they succeeded. We absolutely recommend it!

The hotel is charming and cosy, with outstanding service. Everyone we dealt with, from the front desk and restaurant to room service, was kind and helpful. It’s within walking distance of the ski lift, and there’s an on-demand shuttle to carry your ski equipment. The guides know their stuff and come by each evening to help guests plan ski trips. You can also join a group and ski with them. The Dolomites are incredibly scenic. Thanks, hotel Alpen, for a wonderful stay!
