We always feel at home when we come back, and the staff are so friendly with our children. After a day on the slopes, Giorgio cousin's food is exactly the kind of comforting family cooking you want. The rooms have had some renovation and the spa has been enlarged, which is a nice bonus for a three-star hotel. We look forward to coming every year. If you want a family-friendly stay, this is the place.

Hotel Catinaccio had everything we needed for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. There were games to play in the lobby and plenty of other activities, plus a playroom for the kids. The chef's food was amazing, and the sauna was a lovely way to unwind. We had a wonderful time and are already keen to come back next year.

The family room felt a little cramped for us with three kids, so we switched to an apartment and had enough room there. We also enjoyed the walk before and after dinner, with lovely views of the Christmas town and snowy mountains. The owners were hospitable, the hotel was great, and everyone was eager to help. We had wonderful breakfasts and dinners. Definitely recommend it!

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the rooms were clean and spacious. The ski locker room was the best I've seen. They knew the area well and helped us arrange transportation when we were leaving.

Such a pity in a wonderful place like Val di Fassa, which is known for its hospitality. The staff weren't helpful, and I didn't feel at home at all. It seemed some nationalities were more welcome than others. Every request got a bad look. I've never had an experience like this.
