The manager welcomed us warmly from the start and shared lots of useful tips. The room was clean and simply furnished, and the location right in the city center was perfect. A very positive stay.

The apartment is close to the station in Foligne, and Franco even met us there when we arrived by train. We’ve traveled a lot and rarely get that kind of welcome, so we really appreciated the gesture. We stayed two nights in Bab San Feliciano, with a spacious room and private bathroom. There’s also a shared living room and kitchen for guests. Franco is friendly. Foligno is a pleasant town, too. We recommend the delicious pizza around the corner at Pizza Pazza, and the cappuccino and sandwiches at Umami Foligno near the center. And of course, we recommend staying at Bab San Feliciano.

A neat, clean place and Franco is a great host, always “disponibile.” They take care of everything you need. Highly recommended for the location, price, and stay. 👍 Ok 👍🏼 👌

Mr. Franco is a really nice, reliable person and, above all, VERY HELPFUL. The room is always warm, the bed is very comfortable, and it’s always tidy when we get back. It’s close to the center and only two minutes from the station, so really convenient. For a longer stay, there’s also a Conad very close by. Top. Highly recommended. ❤️🫶🏻
