What I experienced was quite different from what the photos show.

The room was spotless and peaceful, and we enjoyed our week here. The historic center and all the amenities are just a short walk away. I'd gladly recommend it, and it'll be my next stop.

I wouldn't recommend it. There was dust everywhere in the breakfast room, dishes piled up in a sink, tablecloths that hadn't been changed, uncovered cakes, and half-empty bottles already opened and used by everyone. Dusty plastic flowers were in the dining room and along the stairs. Breakfast was just cakes and a packaged snack, with no fruit or bread. When I asked the woman why there was no fruit, she said there was no demand. The garden, if you can call it that, is a construction site. At the entrance, the plants were dusty and there was a strong smell of cat waste.

It's close to the center of Foligno, with friendly, helpful service. There's even free parking in the garden. A welcoming place, and one I'd recommend.

We spent one night here and had a lovely stay. The place was quiet, the room spotless, and the bathroom new. Breakfast was excellent, and the owner was very kind.
