We came back for a second stay. For the train station, the location is ideal: step outside the hotel and you're at the station entrance.

The breakfast had plenty to choose from: fruit, bread, cereals, yogurt, cheese and cold cuts, pastries, and coffee and cappuccino made at the bar rather than from vending machines. The bed was very comfortable, and the small, simple room felt cozy, warm, and free of drafts. The bathroom was new and warm, and the towels and sheets were clean and smelled fresh. The staff were very friendly and gave us a five-star welcome. We stayed here for Valentine's Day in Terni with my husband. It's near Foligno train station, and this two-star guesthouse turned out to be simply wonderful, beyond what I expected. We had a really good time and will definitely come back. I'd recommend it if you're trying to keep costs down.

The staff were courteous and helpful, and breakfast was good. It's a very comfortable hotel close to the station, the city center, and the barracks. Highly recommended.
