My parents spent just one night here last Saturday while they were in town for the market in Pissignano. They slept well in an excellent room, and found the lady very kind and helpful. The price was competitive. Definitely recommended.

They've treated me really well every time. The house is always clean, has a warm smell, and everyone's privacy is respected. The people are very kind and friendly, they offer a shuttle service, and the price is excellent. A welcoming B&B that I recommend!

Mrs. Luigia and her daughter Mari were so friendly, kind, and helpful. Their charming little villa is in a quiet area a few kilometers from Foligno's historic center. The accommodations were clean and comfortable, and breakfast came with delicious homemade cakes. We spent six peaceful, pleasant days there!

The owner is a special person, always ready to help with anything we needed, and she really adds to the warm, family feel of this B&B. It’s in an ideal spot, quiet but close to the center and all the services. Air-conditioned and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
