The host was fantastic, and the house was beautiful, just a short distance from Foligno.

The room was well equipped, with its own entrance, bathroom, TV, and air conditioning. Breakfast was excellent, with sweet and savory options, served by the owner in a lovely living room. There’s reserved parking just a few meters away. The owners run the welcoming property with a lot of care and are extremely friendly. Its location makes it easy to get to Umbria’s most beautiful destinations, so I recommend it.

Rossella was a thoughtful, warm host, and the care and kindness she puts into the details make this B&B feel special. Each morning she brought us a generous breakfast with croissants and freshly sliced cured meats, and even suggested we make sandwiches to take with us. We spent three wonderful days here and felt warmly welcomed. The location is also convenient for exploring some of Umbria’s most beautiful places. Highly recommended!

Mrs. Rossella was kind and friendly, and made us feel right at home. This excellent B&B is just 5 minutes from Foligno in a peaceful spot. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with private access through a well-kept garden. Breakfast is delicious. Highly recommended.

Rossella was friendly and fantastic, and made sure we had everything we needed at breakfast. There was plenty to choose from, and it was abundant. The room was large, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The place is in a strategic location for getting to any destination, and Rossella, the owner, was top notch in every way. Thanks again, Rossella. We’ll definitely come back to visit you. ❤️
