The owner was genuinely kind and helpful, and the place was very quiet. My room was cozy, exceptionally clean, and had a bathroom and TV, plus air conditioning for summer and heating for winter. It's well placed for getting to Foligno, Bastia Umbra, Assisi, and the surrounding area. I'm satisfied and would gladly return if I need to. Thank you.

Mrs. Monia was a real bonus, kind, helpful, and punctual. The location makes the property a good choice for a relaxing stay while keeping everything within easy reach. My room was spacious, clean, and carefully maintained. A truly positive experience. Congratulations, and thanks for everything. See you soon. Highly recommended!

Getting around was easy since you're right in the center. The lady of the house was welcoming and polite, and the rooms were clean and cozy. A great experience, I'd highly recommend this place 💯

The cleanliness and welcome were excellent, and the place was peaceful. Mrs. Monia and her family were helpful, friendly, and exceptional, that's putting it mildly. When I had car trouble, they pointed me to someone equally exceptional who fixed it in two hours. I recommend them to everyone and will definitely visit again.
