I expected a bit more, but it was okay for a one-night stopover. It has plenty of potential, and maybe it's better during the summer.

The building is beautiful, a former convent, and the location is excellent. The owner was very friendly, and the value for money was good. We didn't need much in the way of amenities, fortunately: the TV got no channels, perhaps because it was an older model without a decoder. The beds had box springs, which were uncomfortable for us since we're used to sleeping on slats. The shower mixer was faulty too, so the water temperature kept fluctuating.

The lady was very kind, and our apartment was lovely, comfortable, well heated, and had all the comforts. I'd gladly come back. There's a beautiful pool for summer, and the outdoor area is wonderful for eating outside.

The property and outdoor areas are truly beautiful, and the owner was very kind and helpful. The price is affordable, so it's a good option for a low-cost holiday in Foligno if a few drawbacks don't put you off. It's in a former convent, but the interior needs some renovations. The furniture and appliances are quite worn, and the linens, though clean, are dated. Cleanliness could definitely be better.

The house has a panoramic view, and the apartment is rustic. We arrived on June 27 during very hot weather. We couldn't open the windows because there were no mosquito screens. The fridge was broken, the towels weren't clean, and there was just one tabletop fan for the whole house. NoN
