A good choice if you want a quiet, peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and breakfast is good. The double rooms are quite spacious, with high-quality furnishings and cleanliness.

Roberta and Gianluca really know how to make you feel at home and looked after. Breakfast is fantastic, with homemade cakes and biscuits, jams, croissants, juices, and all kinds of coffee. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the bathrooms are very well kept. There’s parking, plus an accessible garden and porch with a few armchairs and a special, peaceful feel. The place is easy to reach, central, and handy for Assisi, the Castellana Caves, and Perugia. It’s a welcoming little oasis. I first came because I had to take my brother to a competition in Foligno, and now I’ve been returning for several years to enjoy this magnificent part of Umbria. I travel around Italy often and have never seen a B&B quite like it. The rates are fair for what you get. I can’t wait to go back!

The rooms are clean, tidy, and have air conditioning or fans. It’s a peaceful place surrounded by greenery, quiet, fresh, and bright. The staff are very kind, attentive, and friendly, and breakfast is excellent and plentiful. A great fit for anyone who enjoys green tourism.

We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this place. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and well equipped, with large, beautiful bathrooms and excellent mattresses. There’s a lovely garden and convenient parking. The owner and Gianluca, the manager, were both very kind and had plenty of stories and advice about beautiful Umbria.
