We had a wonderful four-night ski holiday over Valentine’s Day and my birthday. The hotel was gorgeous. From the welcome and information leaflets to a glass of bubbly, the staff made us feel special from the start. The spa was peaceful and stunning, a lovely way to wind down after skiing. There are three saunas, a hot pool with jets, a steam room and several relaxation rooms, all charmingly designed and well maintained. The first tour of the property wasn’t very thorough, so we didn’t understand how to find the saunas, jacuzzi and relaxation rooms. Ask or explore so you don’t miss them. Our room was huge and comfortable, with a mountain view, even though we hadn’t booked a suite. Breakfast each day was amazing, with fresh local food and interesting choices that changed daily. On my birthday the staff surprised me by decorating our table with hearts, a note and a small gift. They hadn’t been asked to do it, and I felt very looked after. The restaurant deserves a mention too. The food was gorgeous, with plenty of vegetarian options and quality wine. I’d recommend it for the restaurant alone, even if you’re not staying here. What a special trip, thanks team Olympic!

A comfortable, well-run hotel in a handy spot for reaching the ski lifts, with wonderful mountain views. The staff are welcoming and helpful, and meals use local produce. They’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions too. Highly recommended.

The nature suite was where I stayed, and it made the whole birthday treat feel special. I loved how attentive and genuinely warm the staff were. Everything ran smoothly, and they seemed to enjoy what they do, which came through in how they treated guests. Probably the best gift I’ve ever given myself. I’d happily recommend staying here, especially in the new nature suites.

There’s a bus stop right across from the hotel, handy for getting to the slopes. The place is kept extremely clean and in great shape, with excellent facilities and a spa I really enjoyed. The staff were very friendly too.

The spa is incredibly beautiful, and the hotel itself is lovely too. Breakfast was amazing, and dinner from the à la carte menu was excellent.
